What should I bring for my workout?

Our Personal Trainers will provide you with everything you need for your best 20 – minute workout. All you should bring is a great desire to reach your fitness goals.

Should I do additional exercises apart from E-fit?

E-Fit can be used on its own as an effective training method and without any additional exercises.

E-Fit can be combined with other activities. It helps to improve your fitness level and leads to better performance in other sports activities.

E-Fit helps to reach deeper fibres of muscles that are not easily to access through a conventional training, developing muscles in a targeted manner. Therefore, E-Fit can be used in combination with a conventional workout.

How many sessions per week should I take?

E-fit is not just a way of training, it is a lifestyle. Our Personal Trainers will examine your body and recommend a number of sessions personally needed to achieve your goals. The best results require a regular training. You will be able to notice positive changes after only a few sessions.

What should I feel after the session?

After the E-Fit session, you should have a powerful sense of wellbeing, feel all the positive effects of having done a great active workout.

Your body is activated during the E-Fit session and this effect last for a couple of days, during which your calorie burning will be higher than usually. You may experience some muscle soreness, especially after the first session.

Should I eat or drink before/after a workout?

It is essential to drink 2 – 3 litres of water per day as your proper daily regime. With E-fit it is not an exception, it is important to keep your body sufficiently hydrated. Therefore, you should drink at least half a litre of water 30 to 40 minutes before the workout. In case you did not have a chance to hydrate your body before a training, our Trainers will supply you with water at the studio before and during a workout.

As with other activities, it is an advantage to have a carbohydrate intake 2-3 hours before the training. After the workout, a protein supplement may be recommended to help your body recover from the intense workout.

It is not recommended to eat right before the workout to avoid abdominal discomfort.

When will I see visible results?

A visible change can be achieved through a complex process. A healthy diet combined with 2 to 3 workout sessions per week will produce visible changes within 10 sessions.

Is E-fit a safe workout?

The E-Fit device is completely safe. It has 3 circuit breakers to protect the user from a fault in the device. It is not possible to get an electric shock during a workout as the equipment operates at low voltage using an external power source or battery. The intensity of the generated impulses is max. 0.05 Watt RMS.

The low-frequency impulse exclusively activates the striated skeletal muscles. Organs and the heart are not reached.

I.S.T. (Impulse Shifting Technology) is an exclusive innovation made by E-fit for your safe and effective workout. At any given moment, only one muscle group is stimulated on the human body. Therefore, no crossovers can happen.

Cables and electrodes are hidden in E-Fit technical clothes, what provides safe and comfortable training. E-fit electrodes are relocatable and can be positioned manually on the targeted muscle group.

E-Fit electrodes and underclothing are bio-compatible.

Can I do more than 3 E-Fit sessions a week?

It is not recommended as the high intensity of EMS sessions requires 2 to 3 days’ regeneration period. It is important to have sufficient rest time after each workout.

Will my muscles be stiff after the workout?

Muscle stiffness is very intense after the first workout session as E-Fit works on deep muscles that are hard to reach through a conventional training. However, this will gradually disappear with regular training sessions. Muscle stiffness can last 2 to 3 days after the session and persists longer time than after a conventional workout.

Can EMS workout be applied during a pregnancy and breastfeeding?

It is not allowed to be used during the pregnancy and is not recommended during the breastfeeding.

Can the E-Fit equipment be used for rehabilitation?

Certainly, as the technology itself comes from physiotherapy. It does not overload joints and the muscles of an injured body part can be developed efficiently.

E-Fit has a special Medical Device, highly effective for prevention and treatment of sports injuries, helps to recover after sprains and spinal operations, have a positive impact on patients with scoliosis and other back problems.

What age group is this type of workout recommended for?

E-Fit training is recommended for everyone, regardless of age and gender.
